I can't take care of a fucking thing!

About a month or so ago I decided to keep (and start wearing) the shirt I had bought ages ago and wasn't sure if I liked enough to keep. I've been getting compliments on it almost every time I wear it. Just now I bent over to place something on the ground, and the shirt got snagged on a piece of the door, making a nice half-inch slice in the upper sleeve. I just can't keep anything in good shape!

I tend to weal long bell sleaves that catch and tear on everything, and have on more than one occasion caught briefly on fire.

Mind if I friend-list you, Master Falstaff?

Quickly, Mistress Quickly, quickly! Do I mind? I have half a mind to mind, were I so lowly proportioned in any of my most excellent bodily parts; but, alas, in parting, I have nothing so halved as half a mind, so in my fullness I fully expect you to friend me, Quickly! And quickly I'll friend you back.

Can you imagine how incomprehensible this conversation would be to people of just half a century back (or even a decade or two), even without Plum's misspelling [weal should be wear].

I have often enough had a clothing faux pas result from bending over, but it was generally a result of my ample butt stretching stitches or material beyond endurance that resulted in the rending.
