Saturday was Dan's bachelor party. I am contractually forbidden to discuss details, but I think I am allowed to say that I had a great time riding in the limo from location to location and having a "boys' night out." We didn't get home until about 9 a.m. on Sunday morning!

And now Dan and Keya have moved to Maryland. They drove down, with trailers hitched to their cars, this morning. I miss them already. They'll be back in Boston in a couple of months so that Keya can defend her Ph.D. dissertation, but they won't be around for long before they move permanently. Things won't be the same without them, as they were half my volleyball team, part of my book club, and, along with Jeff, the people I've hung out most with in the past 4 years, playing games, going to movies, eating out, watching sports, etc. <sigh>

"Contractually forbidden"? Does that mean you think it's possible that Keya reads your LJ?

I wish she did. But, no, it means I signed a contract which stipulated, among other things, that "what happens at the Bachelor Party STAYS at the Bachelor Party."

It sounds like the ultimate in prenuptual agreements!
