The headlines on the front page of today's Boston Globe read "White Sox sweep," "Legislators enjoy their Iberian respite," and "Miers will face detention questions." But if you open up the newspaper to page 11 of the "Globe NorthWest" section, you can read the following at the bottom of the page:

EDITING SHAKESPEARE: Arlington playwright Elizabeth Hunter is directing her original adaptation of William Shakespeare's "The Merry Wives of Windsor" with Medford actor Derek Henderson playing a lead role in the Theatre@First production. The community theater production runs Nov. 11 to 13 and 17 to 19 at the First Congregational Church of Somerville. Henderson is playing the character, Sir John Falstaff. To the right of this blurb is a picture of lillibet followed by an edited version of the userpic I used for this post. Alas, they made a typo in the photo attribution: elgatocurioso's sister took the picture, and the Globe staff felt the need to add an extra "n" to Hutchison, after the "i" and before the "s." Still, it is tré cool to have my name and picture in the Globe. I rushed out when I got the phone message from Ari, our publicity director, and bought five copies of today's paper, one for lyddite, one I will mail to my parents, and 3 for me.
