I did not go to bed until 10 p.m. GMT last night. I figured that was the best way to beat jetlag quickly. However, I did not wake until 11:30 a.m. That is *not* the way to beat jetlag. I need to set myself an alarm for tomorrow morning.

Actually, you did just fine. If you pull an all-nighter, your body still needs the sleep and will do its level best to get it. So what you did was completely healthy. Don't worry, your body will get the clue. :)

If you're anything like me, you'll be more tired today than yesterday. :) For some reason, when I lack sleep, it hits me the second day rather than the first.

It's good. :) So what did you do yesterday with all that time? Did you go to a museum? Did you walk around?

I usually am more tired 2-3 days later as well. I am exhausted and good easily have slept longer, but when I realized the time I forced myself out of bed.

Yesterday I accompanied chrishansenhome to Tottenham Court Road to grab burgers at a place he likes, then went to the Vodafone store and bought a pay-as-you-go phone. Then I tagged along to Brick Lane to buy bread, trying my best not to nod off on the bus. We came back home and I napped for an hour before chrishansenhome, HWMBO, and I went to dinner. Besides that, I sent e-mails to people in London and the US, trying to take care of particulars.

Today I've gone grocery shopping. I thought about going for a run, but I might be too tired for that. I may go to the pub instead for a pint and a little lunch. After that, I don't know.

Last night I bought an energy drink and Pringles (Spicy Thai with Coconut) at Tesco's, but today I decided to check out a place called Iceland.
