World Cup

It's almost upon us, the greatest sporting event in the world!

The World Cup starts next week. With Panamá once again failing to qualify, I'm cheering for the U.S. all the way. I've been following World Cup coverage over here, and I can't wait for the games to start.

I've got some bold predictions about who'll go home early and who'll advance far. So, I was thinking, who would like to do a World Cup pool or something? I have no idea how to set it up, but I can manage something. Doesn't have to be for money, either, if folks would rather. I know jimmystagger and minkrose are in. Anyone else?

well, I dont actually have any way of watching the game (or at least, I haven't been keeping up at all). and I also have nothing to bet, so... actually, I'm not in.

but I'll enjoy reading about it!

There doesn't have to be money involved. It can just be for bragging rights.

Ha! Not gonna happen. They should make it out of the first round, but they're in the group of death and will be worn out when they face the next round. They won't advance far.

Online World Cup Pool
Hi Panama, my friends and I have a web site will allow you to create your own World Cup pool. www.enterpool.com. You pick the Winner & Runner-up in each Group in Round 1, and then all the winners of the knock-out rounds. I hope this meets your needs. Pat
