Of course, not everything was right. They neglected to repaint the right fender because the insurance idiots convinced them that the damage happened prior to the accident. Morons! But they touched up the scraped parts while I waited. And then I found out that apparently someone has removed the dummy switch that deactivates the alarm. The alarm is nothing but a nuisance, so I have kept it disabled for the past 4-5 years. I don't want to start having to worry about that alarm again (when the alarm fails to work properly, it disables my ignition and I am stuck, not something I want to have to deal with). Neither the bodyshop nor the dealer, where some work was done before shipping the car to the bodyshop, is claiming responsibility, though. <sigh>
